Common questions

Who is MRT for? +

MRT is built primarily for ICT / Smart Money Concepts traders running prop firm accounts. The confluences, setup grades, and terminology are all aligned with that style — but the core journaling, analytics and AI coach work for any discretionary trader.

How does the AI Coach work? +

The AI Coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. It receives your full trade history, account metrics, mistake patterns and session stats as context, then answers your questions specifically based on that data — not generic advice.

Is my data safe? +

Yes. Your trade data is stored securely in our database and is never shared with third parties. Screenshots are stored with encryption. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings.

Can I import trades from another journal? +

CSV import is on the roadmap. Right now you can paste your existing trades in manually — the quick-log form is designed to be fast. Most traders log a full backlog in under an hour.

Does it work on mobile? +

The web app is responsive and works on tablet and mobile. A dedicated mobile app is planned for later in 2025.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes — no contracts, cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data remains accessible on the Free plan even after cancelling.
